Pamela Noyes, MSWi
I am a clinical mental health counseling intern completing my masters degree from Grand Canyon University with an emphasis on trauma. It is an honor to be welcomed into the inner worlds of my clients, and I value the need for a trusting relationship so you can feel heard and seen. The therapeutic models I use (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems) prioritize value-based living, self-acceptance, restructuring damaging thought patterns, and bringing comfort to those parts of us that are in conflict. I am particularly interested in working with neurodivergent clients, those struggling emotional eating, children, parents, new and expectant mothers, LGBTQ+ issues, and those experiencing life transitions, anxiety or depression, betrayal, faith journeys, and grief/loss. Additionally, I have many years of experience working with children in various professional and supportive capacities.

More About Pam
Each person is the expert in their own life, sometimes we just need the confidence to know it! I am a person-centered, strength-based counselor. I respect your autonomy, value your life goals, and believe that you have the tools and ability to face life’s challenges. I am here to walk alongside you, help you pick the right tools, and add a few techniques.
I love spending time with my husband and five children hiking, reading, and farming. Outdoor time together has been a great way to bond and get to know the beauty of the Sanpete valley. I also enjoy woodworking, gardening, and cooking exotic recipes. Movement, creativity, and connection have been essential ways I’ve handled stress and maintained health. Each of us has a journey to discover what resources we have inside and out to help us live a fulfilling life. I am passionate about hearing people’s stories with empathy and compassion and helping them clarify their own priorities and values.
